At ZRD Cycles, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The bike is unused and unridden
• The bike is in its original, undamaged packaging
• All original accessories, manuals, and components are included

We are unable to accept returns on bikes that have been assembled, ridden, or removed from their original packaging. This policy exists to ensure every customer receives a product in perfect condition.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or apply a restocking fee.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your bike arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no cost to you.

Warranty

All bikes sold by ZRD Cycles come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
