Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders across Europe. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.
Delivery Times
All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You can expect delivery within 10 working days from the date of dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and local carrier schedules. Remote areas and islands may experience longer delivery times — please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.
If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us directly.
Damaged in Transit
In the unlikely event that your bike arrives damaged in transit, please:
- Take photos of the damage before unpacking fully
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@zrdcycles.com
- Include your order number and photos of the damage
We will arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible at no cost to you.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping costs may apply for re-delivery.
